Went mh/t5 then mh/t5/kessil then kessil/t5.

wanted to get rid of some heat with all the tanks, but am actually considering putting my mh back up and using kessil for ramping only.

Don’t get me wrong, my kessil and t5s grow coral great and at the same rate as mh, but still doesn’t look the same as mh. I have dove the world and am so used to seeing that, it is hard to not see it. If that makes sense.

I didn't want to deal with the heat issues + changing out lamps every 6 months.

my wife has no clue how to take care of the tanks.
loves looking at everything.
always gives me the nudge on the 3x rule.
got a local young lady my wife knows from the bird feed store I'm teaching the basics to so she can cover it while we are gone for 5 days.
basically just top & off feed.
what could go wrong.
