Go to sleep everything is ok. Wake up. Neck hurts, stand up knee and hip hurts. I’m pretty sure I’m doing crazy things in my sleep and just don’t remember just like what happens during awake hours lolSo true. I often wonder how I can hurt more after sleep than before
wow..... a whole 2 hours.So after my little vacation. When I return to the adult world of work. I have to do two hours of mandatory OT everyday until further notice. I’m not sure how my body is going to feel about this.
