LMGTFY - Let Me Google That For You
For all those people who find it more convenient to bother you with their question rather than to Google it for themselves.
I've been salaried for more then 20 years so my mind doesn't think like that anymore. Just gotta find the way to get the work done and not give them extra time.
So if we're working harder for 3 days to garner four days off, It sounds like we are still paying for the time off...
No idea, you'll need to google flounder care. Wouldn't think so though but never heard of anyone having one in a home aquarium.

Good (insert your point in day here) all,
Nothing much to report, I've been busy with other things recently. QT's are being maintained and running well with healthy fish as far as I can tell, no build progress until I am less busy with the puppies and house remodel, and all 12 puppies are doing great with a few claimed already for adoption at 8-weeks old after February 19.
...I did not even get pictures (puppies or fish) taken that I had hoped to take yesterday evening...
Build a man a fire and he'll be warm for a few hours; light a man on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.
...or, wait, was that old adage supposed to be related to fish?
