Well, yes I have a job. Does it involve useless conf calls for me to just be on "just in case" and to "listen in on", yes. Trick is to hire competent people that know their job. Rule one of upper management, hire people smarter than you in some areas, but not all areas lol.

Also, personal PC with the ability to remote into locked down and monitored work PC FTW!!!! Plus 6 monitors, so all needed stuff can be up and then one monitor for r2r lol.
