So I have this rbta that got bleached , lost all its tentacles, grew them back and now is looking a little weird , anything to worry about ? Was closed in shade and came out yeseryday and I think pooping? Weird black string. Same nem in photos

Mouth is puckered, so looks like poop to me. I would not worry as long as the mouth stays like that and it stays inflated most of the day. I will suggest to not feed it and let it heal the rest of the way that way. If it catches food no biggie, but no need to directly feed for now.
