I just ordered there SC-150 Rimless tank today which has been custom drilled for my Synergy External Overflow Box that's 20'' in length .. I will be using all Spears Gate valves and Cepex Ball Valves on my entire build and it will be hard plumbed with BRS Grey PVC pipe. There will be a Manafoild running my Aqua UV Sterilizer and my BRS Dual Reactor for GFO & BRS Carbon ROX 0.8. Here just a few pics of the tank, stand, and my mixing station. More to come ones I start plumbing it and receive my Synergy External Overflow Box..

Since my new stand has 3 access doors instead two ~ I going to install all of the Apex Modules, 3 Apex EB8 power bricks and my Neptune DOS system for AWC's on the left side of the tank, so it will be sitting right next to my Saltwater Mixing station in a custom cabinet that I will be building. Also, my Kalk reactor and my Dual Media Reactor will also be mounted behind that 3rd access door. My new stand is 60'' in length and my sump is only 36''x 15'', so there should be plenty room to make it work.

Here is my part list for my new Tank build:

Spears Gate Valves
Cepex Ball Valves
Wye Check Valves

90 Elbows Slip x Slip

Did you get the stand from SCA as well. I'm waiting on my custom tank as well. How's the build quality...? Your build sounds great! Looking forward to it.

Well, I had a nice talk with Steve one of the main employees that sell their tanks, the stand, and canopy that I will be getting is furniture grade and solid as a rock! I told him there was a lot of post about the quality of SC Stands and canopies that was getting bad feedback. Steve told me for the people that can't wait the 8-10 week lead time they sub contract the work out and the stands are not as nice as their furniture grade ones but if you can wait the lead time like I did, well then you will be getting the best quality stands that they can offer which is the furniture grade ones. So, what ever you do make sure you wait for the lead it's since it's well worth it. Here is another shot of the stand and a pix of my custom sump with my Skimz Protein Skimmer - Monzster series. I should have everything here on Thursday or Friday the very latest

Update on the 150 build~!
I painted my inside cabinet PURE WHITE and I installed my 20'' Synergy External Overflow box w/ 1.5 drains that will be reduced down to 1'' Sch 80 PvC. I am still waiting for my sump to come in so I just did some dry fitting to see how it will look. I also Picked up a new ProfuiLux4 Ultimate set GHL - controller. I still need to grab a few things from GHL but only a few float switches and a few of their optical sensors so I can run my Avast KALK Reactor. Here a few pics of the tank with and my synergy overflow box and the new ProF4. More Updates to come ones I get all my Aquascape together.

Curious, is that the 5/8" glass or 3/4"? I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on this and was wondering if you had the 5/8"?
