I’m not so much worried about the “uglies” as I am getting the fish and corals safely into the new tank.
So, I should...
-scrub/rinse siporax
-use water from tub
-need sand..plan on using CaribeSea Aragonite dry sand
-CaribeSea Liferock
-last two tank moves I’ve used Microbacter7 for two weeks
and
A VERY LARGE CLEANUP CREW

Quick question...what is a good distance between wall and tank?
Enough space to run wires and any mounting equipment. We thought we left enough space and had to move the whole tank a half inch further forward. So, about an inch? At least in my case for the light mounts

What about plumbing? My tank is 5 inches so I can remove plumbing if need be.
