Fell asleep after dinner..heading back to sleep but wanted to give u pics of siporax.. they aren’t very good, with and without light,

but you can kinda tell the funk on them..

I’m Working on getting everything ready. Ordered my Pentair UV. Originally, was going with the 50watt, but didn’t want to spare the room inside the stand, so changed to the 40 watt. The body is 3.5 inches, so I can mount it behind the stand. Now, I think I’m flipping to the 65watt. It’s body width is 4 inches, so still room (not by much) behind the tank,. Too many decisions. Hoping to have this bad boy running by the weekend...

Did I ever show everyone my diy filter contraption (fluval was too big)?

There’s a zip tie at the top of the cup attached to the tube, and then a chain of zip ties long enough to clip to the lip of the tub. Had an extra sicce pump and some leftover tubing... I Obviously, zip ties are the extent of my diy capabilities ;Hilarious

Also, I may have had a moment of weakness this weekend...

Hi everyone! Obviously, been mia again. Tanks been on hold..We’ve been caught up with doctors, finding a rehab facility, then respite care & now assisted living for my mother in law. Having my brother-in-law out of state has made the process more difficult. Finally, have it settled and just have to move her in. Will have to get her house taken care, but that’s another story

Now for the good stuff..my wonderful husband is making me go down to reef-a-palooza in Orlando..whole weekend to myself, surrounded by everything reef related! Going to be heading down shortly.

Hope everyone is doing well..miss you all!

Signal in the hotel STINKS!! Took 5 minutes for me to send 1 pic to hubby from the hotel. Would have had more pics yesterday, but I went back to the room during the break. Passed out cold..didn’t wake until 6pm a couple from yesterday…
