Because you’ve added something to the tank that has disrupted foam production.

Stop stressing over every little thing. In time, it will get back to normal.
So i should just give it time or something im confused? Its still didnt go up

It’s normal
It will increase foam production in time .

you will notice and be able to learn in time how your skimmer reacts to different things added .

my external skimmer drops like this when I dose Alk , and when I feed pellets .

It all depends on many things .
how fast your system can clear up what’s causing the issue .

let it run , the skimmer could have settled a little from the initial break in and might need to be adjusted but for the time being , I’d leave it alone and not play with it too much

Foam production is dependent on a lot of chemistry and physics. Adding just about anything can cause the foam to collapse, especially in a new tank with low bio load. Over time, chemicals will get broken down, allowing the foam head to form once again.
