My tank is pretty much mature and growing coralline. Can I add this rock?

So I have just got this used rock from a good and thriving sps tank. However it has green algae on it (I don’t have that in my tank). Is it ok to add this rock?

Ok means different things for different people. Will this rock affect chemistry, probably not. It will be ok. Might it give you green algae, maybe . Depends on your cleanup crew. In that case maybe ok, maybe not ok. Depends on if your cleanup crew is up for the challenge. Are there unknown hitchhikers on this rock? Might not be ok. So it really depends on your definition of ok. Or your willingness to take a risk of someone else's live rock.
