Have you read this, regarding your fairy wrasse choices? The blue throat is most likely gonna cause issues, i would swap it for a more peaceful species.

Removing it from the list. Maybe swapping it with a Lineatus wrasse.

I like that swap lol, such a pretty species.
Also for your halichoeres choices, not that theres anything wrong with it, just thought id suggest looking into the radiant and earmuff wrasses as something different and maybe more colourful. I kept a radiant a long time ago, and he was beautiful and peaceful.

I have a thing for the green patterns on the halichoeres genus. But I might keep more than one in my experience they get along with their own genus just not their own kind really well. I know of the radiant wrasse, I might add that one in the mix also.

Definitely not, and I came here for suggestions and honestly would have forgot about the radiant wrasse if you didnt mention it again

Oh good good lol.
Is it going to be a reef tank?
It will have coral, but with the butterfly in there limited to mostly sps but we will see how he behaves and maybe soft isnt gonna be a problem. Snails would be limited because of the wrasse.

Oh cool ,yea snails may be limited with the wrasses. Have you looked into getting a pygmy angel, or maybe a genicanthus? You may have enough fish or not want one. Just thought they always add an extra element to a reef.

I love they way they look but I didnt want to add another risk to the tank for nipping coral on top of thr butterfly. Once the butterfly is in the tank and I feel confident it wont touch the coral or I eliminated to sps only then I can think of adding a dwarf angel. I do like them
