So I have always been a firm believer of feeding food from the ocean, nowhere else (unless it's for my CBB). I've always wondered why mysis is so popular, I'm tempted to use this food. Why are they so popular in the first place?

Mysis shrimp are a huge group of shrimp. There are freshwater species and there are saltwater species.

Rather than where a food source is from, it's nutritional profile is of greater importance. And mysis shrimp is very nutritious for saltwater fish.

Mysis and Mega Marine Algae are my go to food, they get one or the other every day, with others.
