naso tang bruise/black blotch

Naso tang in hospital tank (almost therapeutic cupramine) with lion fish and emperor angel. Recently he has been at the back of the tank and developed this spot....... A

ny ideas?

It does look like a bruise. Since the skin isn’t broken, no additional risk of bacterial infection - just wait and see.
Can’t tell you how it got injured though….
