Need advice I have had my BSJ for over 2 years when I went to feed him last night he wouldn't come out of his burrow like he usually dose he always eats like a pig. I noticed his eye was white a little popped out but I don't think it's pop eye I think he scratched it his eye looks ok under the swelling. He consumed a tiny bit but as of this morning he won't eat . I'm not Sure if I should pull him out. I have a 10 gallon qt tank set up and I have sechem kanaplex but it's a big ordeal to get him out. I'm currently running a lot of carbon and I have a uv sterilizer on my main tank. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I tried my best to get pictures

If you could try to get pics under white light it would help immensely with diagnosing the problem.
By the description, it does sound like popeye. It can heal on its own with good water quality, but it will only help to treat with erythromycin in a qt tank.

I have a few more pictures he is being extremely difficult with getting a good picture. I tried uploading a video but reef2reef is not allowing it not sure if I need to have a paid membership to post videos. I will try and get more as day goes on.

Thanks for pics
Looks like a result of scratch or injury to eye
Treatment in quarantine will be Maracyn/Maracyn 1 which is ethromyacin for at least 5 days and assure you’re maintaining water quality especially ammonia levels
Feel free to add oxygen via air stone if desired

Linking to a private YouTube video also works.
