Need advise treating Blue spoted jawfish disease

I can really use advice on how to treat my jawfish I 99% sure he has blue spoted jawfish disease. Any advice would really be appreciated. Not sure where to begin

i don't know much about blue jawfish but from what i've heard temperature can play a role and they thrive in cooler water. what are your params?
