Came home and the clown is dead, I am going to transfer the fire fish to a different tank and all my corals and anemone.
Should I get some ruby rally pro for the fire fish?
You can but keep an eye on it as they tend to be somewhat resistant to such issues. When transferring to a different tank, do a water change and leave the display tank without fish for 6 weeks and you can add ruby rally to that tank also to assure any parasites have no host to thrive on.

Ok, I am very tired of reef tanks, especially since I have had 2 pairs of clowns die so far, maybe it’s just my luck with clowns. I might shut down my display tank and just keep a small 10 gallon with coral and the fire fish. Or I could just fallow the display and keep it but not get clowns.

Also , if considering clowns. . . two things:
Get from a different outlet and Obtain Tank raised clowns which are less susceptible to these issues but quarantine your new arrivals or at least give them a 60 minute ruby rally pro bath.

First time I got from petco, big mistake obviously, this time got from an actually fish store but they were fine as I have had them for 2-3 weeks and they never showed signs of disease. The one thing that did change was I added snails but I don’t their shells can carry it, or maybe they can? I am going to buy some ruby rally pro and get a good amount just in case for the future, and I decided to keep my display tanks and just add ruby rally pro directly into it for the fire fish, will it affect my corals? I have an anemone, hammer coral, and mushroom I am pretty sure.

Safe with coral and inverts. Will temporarily turn water green

I ordered some copepods and phyto on like monday, it’s coming today, would the ruby rally pro kill the copepods? I am going to add them in today.
Should not and also has No effect on Pathogenic bacteria

Luck has little to do with it. You need to be patient and do a proper QT.

If you can't wait to do a proper QT, there are many people here that run thriving tanks and don't QT at all. They can guide you on how that is done.

Ok, I should have QT but I have had them for 2-3 weeks they never had spots till yesterday. pretty weird, the other didn’t even have spots and he died a day before. Next time I will probably either QT or atleast bath with ruby rally pro.

This is not an air stone issue but rather Brooklynella with secondary bacterial lesions present.
Often, mucus generally starts at the facial area as well as gills and spreads across the body producing lesions as it progresses often confused with ich and can turn into secondary bacteria. Other symptoms will be lethargic behavior, refusing to eat and heavy breathing from the mucus.
Start with a prolonged 60 minute bath of ruby rally pro then at a lower concentration in a quarantine tank. The longer the fish are exposed to the treatment, the more effective it will be at eliminating this issue.
Since a formalin solution is often not available for use, temporary relief can be achieved by giving the fish a FW bath or dip in water same temperature as display tank. Even though this treatment will not cure the disease, it can help to remove some of the parasites, as well as reduce the amount of mucus in the gills to assist with respiration problems.
Treatment is best done in a QT tank using either quick cure (more effective but now harder to find) or Ruby Rally Pro. Ruby takes a little longer and initial treatment generally takes 2-3 days to really start going to work.
With the advanced stage of this- I recommend immediate quarantine of all inhabitants and leaving display without fish for 4-6 weeks.
This.

Hey, so ever since the clowns died, my anemone has been closed up, he was open a little this morning and last night but nowhere near as much as he was 1 week ago with the clowns.

Some reasons:
Too much flow
Insufficient or too much light - You want moderate
High phosphates
High nitrates
Dino in which you have a chemical imbalance

Nothing has changed in terms of flow and light, dont think it’s dino cause i have diatoms rn, no signs of dino and there is a lot of nutrients, I need to get a phosphate checker but my nitrates are 10-20 so those are pretty good

It only started closing up right when the clowns died which is a bit weird but I did do a water change after the first one died so it could be that maybe?
