sixliness are tough little monsters so will do just fine. I suggest a Midas Blenny though as they are very active and have great personality. A gramma or even a dotty back may also work well as you already have a lot of aggression.

Fairies and the melanarus need more room. Possum wrasse are too shy. Flasher wrasse are both.
First off thanks for the reply! I know the six line is tough, but do you think it would harm my clowns they are on the smaller size ~2 inches. Or fight the flame hawk who is a little on the aggressive side, but doesn't bother the clowns.

Isn't the midas a perching fish as well. I didn't know they were that active. Are both on option or is that pushing it.

That is a risk but clowns are generally tough and not messed with.

I doubt this will happen.

They are the only blenny that likes to swim most of the time. I'd say you could do both but add the blenny earlier.

So deciding my 32 gallon could accommodate another fish. Currently have 1- 2+ y/o black and white clown ( she finished off her mate of 2 years), a hawkfish and common watchman goby. Any ideas on what to add? Was already advised here against a Bengali cardinal.
Thx

How about a Meiacanthus blenny. They should be tough but peaceful.

Not too massive. You could look at more halichoeres or anampses wrasse.
I also think it wont have enough turning space. yellow tail tamarin? nebulous wrasse? sixline? china wrasse? squirellfish? red head solon? cleaner wrasse?

So current stocking -
Powder blue tang
scopas tang
regal or flagfin angelfish
yellowhead butterflyfish
trio of anthias
harlequin tusk
china wrasse
yellow tail tamarin
tomini tang
cleaner wraasse

Sixline wrasse are little murderers and cleaner wrasse can be problematic. If you want a cleaner add it last so that it can feed off a lot of fish.

The red head and nebulous wrasse are great choices. The Yellow tail and china can be sensitive so make sure they are eating before purchase.

Also I haven't had any squirrelfish but I'd love to see more of them and they are pretty easy.

Should be fine. As with tangs mixing similar species can cause problems but since those angels have different body shapes they should be just fine. Acclimation boxes are always a good idea though.

Id make the tusk the last wrasse added and if you can get a small one or even a juvenile that can help.

ok, and any other fish? (hopefully tangs and that kind of stuff) and what about a midas blenny. They seem to get 6" and wont get easily bullied due to their larger size.

I'd really try and add that tusk later. Leopard wrasse can be shy.

Adding the anampses (yellowtail and china) wrasses together isn't needed they are very peaceful.

otherwise looks good!
