i bought this zoa frag and it has this white tentacle thing coming out of it whenever anything goes near it it closes up i wasn't sure if it was aiptasia or not thanks!

I found out these are the usual suspects ^_^
It could also be one of those cryptic sponges with “tubes” or a micro brittle star.

The picture is too blurry but from the description it sounds like a Spionid worm.
