Hi all, I have an Apex and by default the tank name is "apex". How can I change the name to something meaningful, like "Lagoon 50". I just bought a second Apex to run a new aquarium and don't want to get mixed up in the app.

I've seen posts on how to perform using the Classic dashboard but not Fusion.

Thanks in advance for any help.

From the Fusion homepage, click the gears to expand the option list, then click on the WiFi/Network setup icon. Select configuration, then change the name under "Hostname."

I don't see a WiFi/Network setup icon.

For the Apex Classic, you need to use the local dashboard go into the network settings. This screen is not available in Fusion. Browse to http://apex.local, go into the Network configuration page, change the Hostname, save the settings, then reboot the Apex. It might take a few minutes before Fusion recognizes the new name. Hit Refresh on the Apex List screen and it will then show you the new name. Once this has been changed, if you ever want to get back to the local dashboard, you'll need to browse to http://newname.local rather than http://apex.local.
