Couple things that we'll need to know. How old is the tank, what are the water parameters, and what lighting do you have it under? #reefsquad it's possible that since it's only been a couple days it's still acclimating to your system.

Sometimes it takes them a few days to settle in. It doesn't look that bad. As long as all your parameters check out it should be fine. LFS usually have everything under all blues and high up to show off colors. It needs to adjust to normal lighting.

The tank is 8 months old parameters are stable I have one clown it is not interested in the nem and it's under two ocean revives which I turned down to 40 percent for the first 2 days. It actually was hiding under a rock until this morning I saw it come out and it it about 10 inches from water surface as high up as it can get. I was thinking it just needs more time but it is my first Ben I've read alot about them but it's hard with not alot if pics and there are many variables

Yes bubble tips need time too adjust this can be days too weeks , but if it’s got good color and has attached too your rock , then it just needs time , he might decide too bounce around your tank for a while till he finds a spot he likes or he might just stay where he is , who knows !
Anamones tend too do better in a more mature tank 8-12 months , so if your tank is new then it might take longer ..
