What are your water params (nitrates/phosphates especially)? What are your light params (lots of white?) and how long are they on? How old is your tank?

normal algae fighting methods are reduce lighting, reduce feeding, and pull your rocks out one by one during a water change and scrub them with a toothbrush. It takes work and effort and persistence, your tank looks like it was ignored for a while.

I wouldn't do anything until you test your nutrients.....until you know those are under control you will be fighting a losing battle.
