It is a few inches long, about an inch wide, flat, slimy, etc. Tried to pull it out with tweezers when he was in the corner but he slipped out and left a bunch of clear slime/goo on my tweezers. Went back into the rock and haven't seen it since. What is it?and is it good or bad?

How did something that big slip in your tank lol.
Lol, must've hitchhiked on the live rock I bought four months ago when I first set up the tank. Cant believe it took this long to reveal itself. I check my tank for critters/hitchhikers just about every night after the lights go out, and never did I see a sign of this "lil" guy before.

Check you corals! If you have any torches or hammers they love to live in the head. I dug a giant one out of my green torch it was big I don’t know how I did not see it sooner. It was even starting to take on the color of the torch to blend in. Take it out and use it for bait

God allmighty that is one nasty polyclad. I say use it as bait I don’t think a large mouth bass could resist. How are you getting them so big? I guess you have lots of hiding places in your tank cause that had to take some time to grow
