Neon dottyback stomach bulging.

Came home from work today and noticed that my neon dottybacks stomach seems to be bulging weird. This is my first tank and it’s about 3 months in from adding fish. Does anyone know what is going on?

Video is too short to fully assess but may be either constipation or liver issue.
What foods are you feeding? (often a diet of pellets only can cause this).

I have been using 2 different types of pellets. What do you recommend?

As suspected- Try adding brine shrimp to the diet which serves as a laxative and even LRS nano frenzy frozen food

I watched the video a couple of times, but it’s tough to see much detail. I can see a bulge but I was also left with the sense that the fish is pretty thin. You should compare pictures on Google with your fish to ensure that it isn’t thin.

my neon dottyback had this happen when I first got him feeding him pelleted food, he came in super skinny, he has since fattened up and it has gone away. Try feeding some frozen brine shrimp
