Neon green on frag

Not seen this on this frag this is a frag I purchased from my lfs a few weeks ago. Going to move them to a rock and make a zoa rock for my tank. Out of the 3 frags this one popped up this neon green on it. Any idea what it is?

Looks like some harmless algae.
