I just got a frag of Neon Maze from AquariumDepot.com and I can't really tell if the polyps are retracted or in good shape. Does anyone have any info on what to look for? I'll follow this up with a picture soon. Thanks!

You usually only see polyps at night. I have a large piece at the bottom of my tank.

Mine just looks 'hairy' …. clear polyps maybe an inch long. I've not personally seen longer sweeper tentacles on mine, but they may be there. Platys are awesome BTW; put them low down but try to keep too much sand off them. I typicallly put them on a flat rock so the base is about an inch off the sand.
