neptune core 20 return pump, will not power on , just flashing...is it power supply or something else?

pump controller was flashing this morning and no flow!!! I don't know if the power supply has gone bad or if the pump has gone bad.... controller just flashes as in this video I took

Start by disassemble it and clean inside just to make sure is not stuck by anything there. Then PS is your next stop, check for 24vdc output there.

The LEDs are suppose to tell what the error is. Did you look up the error code in the manual?

Try one more thing, press hold the two buttons in the controller for a few seconds, that will reset the pump.
