I’ve tried every reset, no luck. Every other mode works except pulse mode. On any pulse mode, no matter what the settings, the pump just runs at a fixed ~50% speed (“989.9 GPH”). It worked a few weeks ago, but not now. Is this a known issue?

I got a lot of runaround, no support essentially. I stopped bothering. It seems to pulse some, but doesn’t turn off, it’s like a partial pulse.

The pump isn't designed to completely shut off if that is your concern. The "off" pulse runs around 600GPH. Running it in a true on/off cycle would greatly diminish the life of the pump.

Ok, that could be it, but the GPH in the app is widely inaccurate, so I never know if it’s doing what it’s supposed to be doing. I don’t worry about it that much, for the price range, I don‘t expect all that much. I made the purchase for formfactor, which it does well.
