Plumbing pretty much done. Couple fittings to glue but 99 percent done. my next step is lighting prep.

3 coral care gen 2s going over the tank. I am thinking about linking them together with square aluminum bar stock and hanging with 2 cables from a 2x4 attached to the ceiling that is lagged to the beams.

The section after my skimmer will be a fuge. My current fuge I am running sand in. Anyone have suggestions on using sand or not? Mud?

Lights are ready to rock. 2 coral care gen 2s linked with 80/20 aluminum extrusions. I am hanging them with 3 of the included cables. They will be bolted to the ceiling 2x4 that is lagged into the ceiling beams. The 80/20 works really nicely with the gen 2s for mounting

Done.

Some acros have turned slightly brown. Hoping it is due to the new light. So far no livestock loss fish/coral. 17 hrs to transfer the tank.

Went through some rough patches as expected. Here's an update on the progress of the 150 after 4 months.

Very impressive! I like both the coral placement and color. Great use of contrast to have colors pop!
