I’m currently about to finish cycling my 40 gallon tank. I’m not sure what water testing I need to do weekly and what needs to be done monthly. I plan on having mostly corral in my tank with a few clown fish.

First 8 weeks, test: Ammonia-ph-salinity-nitrate
Add liquid bacteria every other day at 1ml per gallons. Water tests will determine your need for a water change. If no livestock, you can hold off with water changes until livestock is introduced.

Well currently I have a live rock in the tank. I had my levels checked the other day.
SA: 1.022
AK: 11.2

Nitrate: 0
Nitrite:0

I know I need to change out 20% of the water, I’ve gotten a refractometer, but I’m not sure what additional water testing kits I need.
