Morning.
Ok guys so the parts for my new build are starting to come in and need some help on what you suggest for filtration media or any suggestions of adding other items to the buils

Tank: Mode Aquariums Inifity 100 gallon with large sump
Pump: Reef Octopus varios 6 controllable pump
Skimmer: Reef Octopus Regal 200INT
wave pumps: Reef Ocotopus octo pulse 4 x2
Filtration: Sump with two socks running fleece
Control: System controlled by the new Control 4 engine
Lights: two Geismann Verve One LED lights with tank mounts
ATO: 5 gallon controlled by control 4 ATO system
Sand: Non live sand
Rock: carib sea Life Rock, ( non live rock)
I might add a carbon reactor later after it is cycled but I really am trying to decide what type of bio media I should put in the sump. Any suggestions would be great

I personally wouldn't change anything other than like you stated, run carbon (which I do 24X7). GFO (and other media) can be used later as needed. Your DT rock should provide enough bacteria.

Great setup Shrive! I am contemplating the Geisman Verves as well. Where did you find the Mounting Brackets to mount them?
