New chalice, who’s this?

Just picked up this bubblegum chalice from an online auction I won. Dipped it in Revive before placing in my tank. Notice this “feather” popping in and out right after placing it. After some quick research it doesn’t seem to look like typical chalice feeders. Any ideas?
