New cycling marine tank nearly 3 weeks in how long do you think from my parameters hit 0 ammonia and 0 nitrite

I have been adding seachem stability daily and I now have a little hermit crab and a snail which my LFS suggested. These are my reading from start to finish although my api test kit nitrates have been going up gradually was yellow and red now which suggests a lot more nitrates than the LFS test. My ammonia coming down - I really want add fish soon. I have LESreef 50 light and a wave maker 25 Red Sea and an Aqua one 90 litre tank with sump - salt levels are fine … please tell me it’s nearly cycled
