Cabinets delivered! Tomorrow they get installed, Monday granite is to be measured and end of week installed. Electricians are to complete last punch out items and a/c start up by end of next week. Electric meter will be set in next 2-3 days so house will have power. Between granite being installed the base boards and touch ups can be completed.

I’m doing the grading and laying sod to save money lol. Driveway will be formed next week as well. Only a few more weeks and we should be in there and I can start on this tank build!!!

Cabinets should be completed tomorrow and tile will be grouted and completed tomorrow as well. I can’t wait to see the farm sink mounted! They are moving and it is coming together very nicely!!

So I have a false tile laid in with silicone to match the grout. As soon as we move in I can pull the tile and chip up the slab to expose the drain line. Cabinets have been fully complete with the handles and all installed. the reason for this is because per code the drain was not allowed. Inspector has to not be able to tell.

I was out today doing all the exterior grading in preparation for sod and driveway concrete. So close everyone I can smell the salt water!!!!!

So I got the majority of the grading done. Driveway is ready to be formed. all that’s left other than driveway on exterior is grass and stone. It’s almost there!!!!
