I purchased this unit, but after some research on installation, decided to not go with it as it requires modifications to my sump I'm not willing to make (maybe I should have researched that before buying). I haven't even taken it out of the original shipping box until now just to take pictures. Will ship it for $145. I can also do local pickup in Salem area. I'll include the original packing slip, minus my personal info, to prove it's brand new. If you make a reasonable offer, I'll consider it. I'm not trying to get this thing off my hands immediately, so if you want to offer too low of a price, go elsewhere.
