Hi everyone, haven’t even received my first/new Evo yet and I’m deep in about 150 marine aquarium keeping “rabbit holes”! Based in Australia, new to this site and indeed new to forums of any kind so I have a LOT to learn!

Hi and thanks! I think im going for soft corals and LPS with a couple of easy going fish, but I’m unsure of what this tank can actually support so I’m taking it very slowly! So far there’s a lot of talk about necessary upgrades . Trying to maintain optimism!!

Welcome! I also have an Evo, and the stock light will grow a few corals, but you'll eventually want to upgrade the light. It was a game changer for the look of everything I had in there. Love my Evo.

Here's my build thread on it, you can see the free things I've done. The light is a noopsyche mini, I love it, but it was kinda hard to get going. But there are many many options for pendant type lights that will be amazing on this tank. I also run with no lid.
