Just received a MarineX 90.3 and doing the measuring for my lid I decided to try and put the overflow cover on. Looks like QC may have failed a bit on this tanks overflow. Left side fits snug but right side will not budge when trying to lay it in from left to right. When I try from front to back, to set the edge from the back glass, the cover will not seat at all on the front edge. Tried to be a little forceful but no-go. Seems like I could cut the underside edge off of the cover but will cross that bridge later.

Anyone else every experience this with WB? If so, what was the outcome?

This happened with mine, and I asked them to send another, which tbh they did without having to prove the issues with the first one, second one fit without issue.
