what's the difference between the drop 'x' and non-x models?

extra led. I have one and I wish I had a chaeto reactor. A lot cheaper and straight forward. Algae scrubber, bubbles and try to make it work., it takes months before it can make algae because you are trying to develop something from zero. my two cents.
