Hello to everyone!

I’m new here and new to reef keeping but not new to aquariums in general as I had my first FW tank back in 2009.

This year I tried something new, so I’ve got an 8 gallon cube tank. The Aquael Nano Reef 30.

I changed the light with a new LED light fixture suitable for reef, got some live rock and live sand and it’s running now for almost 2 and a half months without any considerable issues except the nuisance algae and diatoms .
