Out of curiosity, why should I upgrade? What makes me want this over the V2?
These controllers are out of my wheel house, i'm too old school LOL but the A3 does have some more connections available on the base unit and they will have some sensors not available on the A2, like LLS, MOS sensor, and LD-3. I'm sure some more features as well.

I would recommend seeing what you really need, the A2 does just about everything you could think of and has been around few years, so certainly not a bad idea to save 15% and get last version model. So just depends if the few extras they added are worth the extra money to you.
