How tight of a range does this one keep? Is it comparable with the range of the Helio PTC? Also, does it turn both outlets on and off at the same time or does it independently switch them?

The Helio Universal heater controller utilizes the same titanium temp probe that will give the tight range similar to the original Helio PTC controller. It contains two relays that work together to reach the operating temperature desired.
