Thank you! Regarding the sand, I was getting a little worried because it has been cloudy but the last 2 days it has been crystal clear.

Have a problem with my MP40's and feed mode, can anyone help? When using Feed mode A or B the MP 40's will not run the feed mode programming.

It's been a while so I figured I would do A quick update.
I stopped using the built in ATO tank because it was way too small for this tank. BRS had a sale on a 10 Gallon ATO storage tank so I picked on up and set that up with a Tunze ATO I had saved from my last tank.

All of the tank parameters are on point, with 2 part dosing and weekly water changes.
The biggest catastrophe happened today when my Orange Stripe Goby was found by my kids on the floor this morning.

I really didn't want to put a cover on the tank because I love the look but now I guess I'm going to get one. If anyone can recommend one that looks as good as the tank I would appreciate it.
Regarding Zeovit, I love it. Very easy to follow and the tank looks great and the parameters are on point. I had some brown slime algea for a couple of weeks that worried me but it went away and now thing are looking better.
Here is a shot of the tank.

So after looking at the covers that Red Sea and Artfully Acrylic make I decided to pull the trigger on the Artfully Acrylic. It just looks so much better. Price with shipping came out to $253.00. Now I can't wait for it to com in.

Is your ATO tank the trigger 10g? I just ordered one myself and can't wait to add it. It will look so much nicer than the 5g salt water container I'm currently using. For anyone else using one outside of the cabinet do you have issues with anything growing in it since it's clear and it will get light from the room

Would like to add one of the Zeovit amino acids to my dosing but can not understand what the differences are between Amino Acid High Concentrate and Amino Acid Concentrate LPS?
Can anyone shed some light?

From the Zeovit Product Guide (here). Basically the LPS aminos are designed for LPS corals in particular, while the other appears to be a more general additive. I dont have any practical experience with these - Ive never used an amino acid supplement. Hopefully this help a bit.

Amino Acid High Concentrate This product primarily aids growth as well as vitality. Our experiments have shown that corals can increase growth by up to 100%, even if placed in low light spots. Polyp extension is also maximized. We exclusively use amino acids that are available in the wild and can be utilized by the corals. We recommend dosing of 1 drop per 25 gallons daily. Over dosing is not a factor, as long as there is no problem with brown slime algae. It is possible that coral tissue darkening occurs if there is a continued overdosing. In that case, reduce the dosing amount to 1/3rd. You should not have a problem with this, if you follow the dosing instructions. However, if signs of excessive dosing occur, stop dosing for a few days until the slime build-up is gone. This supplement can also be used in tanks not using the ZEOvit® method.

Amino Acid Concentrate LPS This product is a high quality food source based on amino acids, designed specifically for large polyped stony corals (LPS) such as Cynarina, Blastomusa, Welsophylia, Symphylia, Musidae, Fungias, Heliofungias, and Catalaphylia. Corals expand their tissue immediately after dosing. Regular dosing has a positive impact on coral growth. It can help in the regeneration process of damaged corals. We recommend to use this product especially during the initial change of the system to a low nutrient environment, because the slow acclimation of these coral species. We recommend dosing 1 ml per 50 gallons daily. Reduce the dosing amount if the tissue color of the corals becomes browner.

I have been having a Zeovit problem lately that I hope you guys can help me with. My glass needs to get cleaned every day. Within 24 of cleaning with the flipper it is completely covered again. It looks like fogged up glass. It's not green. I'm assuming I am overdosing one of the Zeovit products.
I'm currently using Zeostart, Zeobak & Spongepower as recommended on the bottles. Would love to hear what you guys think.

Could be a bacterial bloom due to an overdose of ZeoBak - but its hard to tell without actually seeing it. But it could be from too much food for the bacterial as well. How much are you dosing daily right now? That could be integral in narrowing it down. :D

Right now I am dosing
Daily:
-Sponge Power - 5 Drops
-Zeostart - 2 ml (1 ml AM, 1 ml PM)
-Amino Acids LPS - 4 ml (2 ml AM, 2 ml PM) I just started this one 3 days ago

Weekly:
Zeobak - 5 drops Monday, 5 Drops Friday

What do you think?

My guess is that its the Zeostart fueling the bacterial growth. I only add 1mL a day and havent had an issue thus far. I think it is also dependant on how much ZeoVit material you are using as well. I assume you are using 1L of the media (1 bag) in your reactor? If thats the case, then I would cut back on the Zeostart. Its also possible that while your tank was accustomed to 2mL of ZeoStart a day, the addition of the aminos have a bit of an overlap and its driving bacterial growth.

I would cut back to 1mL of the ZeoStart, and maybe even go every other day with dosing until it clears up.

Yup, I am using 1L of the media. The issue is not the amino's because I have had the issue for the last 3 or so weeks.
I will cut back the Zeostart to 1ml per day (.5ml in the AM and .5ml in the PM) and see what happens.

If it clears up do I go back to the the bottle recommendations? Should I be worried about under-dosing? If there is such a thin? LOL
Other than that, I am starting to get growth and all the parameters are on point with super low nutrient levels. Very happy with Zeovit so far (3 months in), the upkeep is not bad at all.

Im pretty sure if I look at the ZeoStart bottle it says "2mL per 250 gallons daily" which means that 1mL is perfect for a tank our size. I think its one of the things I like the most about the tank and Zeo - everything is in simple whole units :) Ive always stuck to 1mL / day for ZeoStart. I think the guide also says that if you see a lot of extra growth, to cut dosing back to once every other day until things clear up, then you can ramp back up. Im not sure if you can underdose, because the bacteria are feeding off of the nutrients in your tank as well - the zeostart just help supplement that. Ive never had an issue cutting back, but I always end up back at 1mL/day.
