Does it spread like the other species known as GHA? Lol... Only way I know how to treat that type of pest is with a toothbrush

I actually saw my BT urchin trying to groom him. He got about half of the shell almost clean before the snail must have said something offensive and they both stalked off to their own corners.Does it spread like the other species known as GHA? The urchin is hiding under a thriving GSP colony on his head.
