New Tang help. What is this?

New Tang we brought home last week. Noticed this after he settled in. Seems fine. Eating fine as far as I can tell. Let me know if you need better pics/clips. Thank you for taking the time to try and help my fish if you're reading this.

I know. I don't see that I said it was a naso Tang.
Sorry, I had a total blonde moment - I read "new tang" as "naso tang'!
Bump. So I just can't tell what the cloudy white spots are. It just looks almost like skin is pale
I'm thinking maybe a fluke too, but it's kind of hard to tell.

I'm thinking maybe a fluke too, but it's kind of hard to tell.
So, there are about 4 spots all together. I was afraid it was ich. What's best way to get rid of flukes? Will it affect other fish? I don't have a qt. (I know, I know)

You could do a quick freshwater (RODI) dip and if it's flukes, they will fall off.
