Yup, can you send the graph for your PH, if I was to guess you're PH is hovering right around the alarm amount.

I had to set it up in a hurry because my old controller went out and my tank was dead in the water. My heater is controller only by a controler and tank temp was at 70. So I did not have enough time to figure everything out yet.

PH is set at recommended values which is 7.80 - 8.40 so not sure why it would send alarm for that.

No worries :) Did you calibrate the PH probe or not yet? On fusion dashboard it should show you a graph of where your PH has been

You may have your base_email output turned ON instead of to AUTO.
That output is what drives all alarms.
If you don't see it available on your dashboard, it may be in the hidden Tiles area at the top.
If so, drag it out and set it to AUTO. Then check the programming for that output so that it reflects what you want.

Was the triangle red or yellow? Red is serious, yellow is a warning.
Sometimes yellow triangle will appear briefly if your incoming wall voltage drops too low.
This can happen in some areas during times of peak electrical demand.

9 amps total is a sizable draw but not outside the range that the Apex expects.

Also, make sure that the AOS software and all module firmwares are up to date.

Yes, I have updated the software.

I see it on the dashboard and I set it to auto but then within 30 seconds it goes back to off.

Please post the program code from your EmailAlm output. If you set it to AUTO but it's changing to OFF by itself, then you probably have a WHEN command in the program. The WHEN command moves the slider to OFF by design.

Also, read my tutorial on Apex Alarms. It will explain everything from the basics to advanced programming tips: https://www.reef2reef.com/ams/neptune-apex-programming-tutorials-part-6-alarms.707/
