Hello Reef2Reef,

I am new to this forum so I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. Based out of the south Kansas City area, moved to the mid-west from FL about three years ago for work and immediately began planning my "piece of the ocean." I was in the process (and still am it seems) of remodeling our home, so while installing new hardwood flooring I plumbed through the floor down to the unfinished basement for the sump/fish room to reside. Things are running relatively smooth, almost going on 1 yr of the tank being set up. Just dealing with a GHA battle at the moment... I am passionate about reefing and love this hobby and the challenges it gives me. Looking forward to endless reading and meeting others who are just as obsessed with this hobby as I am!

Cheers- Tyler.

HI, I'm new too. In the process of setting up our first saltwater tank, it's a 150g tank also. I wish we had a garage or another room close to where we are putting our tank to set up as a fish room. We would have to run plumbing through my kitchen and into the laundry room or garage. That would not be pretty. Good luck, I look forward to watching your build!

Welcome to R2R Tyler. Sound like a great build and I look forward to reading about the build in your future build thread. Winter is a little bit of a change for the Florida winters:)
