New to Reef2Reef and new to the hobby

Hi,

I just recently started building a reef tank. I have a 50 gal SCA Starfire cube. i went with all dry rock and live sand. Decided to do the "toss in a dead shrimp" method. everything is good now and I'm awaiting my first coral which I've decided to dedicate to WWC since they have a pretty cool event going on. Other than that any new tank tips would be nice.
