Hi all, totally thrilled to find this huge forum! I know nothing about this stuff. But the first step is admitting that, right? I currently own a 29 gallon freshwater tank with 4 fish in it. I'm here to research for my dream saltwater tank that I hope to own and maintain some day. Hugs all around!

Welcome! what is the dream tank?!?
A healthy one, for sure! :) I dunno, I have to read first, visions of sugar plums dancing in my head but first I'll have to see what I'm actually getting into. I have lots of pets, I enjoy all creatures great and small, so I don't want anything until I am ready. Space-wise, in the house we have a spot picked out for a 5 ft tank.

Yayyy... Delaware!

I see so many from florida or texas, but rarely get the chance to shout out to a Del a where peep!
Sadly, I've moved 8 miles, putting me 6 miles outside our tiny, tiny state :)

Work in Newark though. Whereabouts are you?

Don't pay for chaeto or snails. I'll hook u up ;)

Welcome!! Tons of information in the stickies, articles, and don't forget the search feature, chances are, if you have a question, it has been asked and answered already (probably multiple times!). I still use it constantly.

Hey, thank you for the offer! My husband is the native, we both work in Wilmington. We both kept talking about how "some day" we would want to get into this hobby so I am taking the plunge to learn as much as I can here. Cheers!
