I had one for a short time as my large hadonni decide it would eat if one night. Silly Foxface must have been a bit too close. It ate a few fish before I finally moved it. :(

Thank you, I actually set up a Wi-Fi camera so I can watch it live while I’m away from home I’m obsessed lol. Any suggestions for a new tank mate? I have the goby, foxface, pj cardinal, clown and a neon dottyback.

More so tough hobby love, you are going to have setbacks, maybe major or minor, keep your eye on the prize and be consistent with everything, it all matters. Once reefers figure out it's about stability and acceptable ranges vs. exact numbers you'll be better off in the long run.

Who cares what anyone else's numbers are as long as yours looks good. That's where I got tripped up years ago when. I started I had nice tanks but thought those standard numbers would bring better results. All it did was cause me to fix stuff that wasn't broken in the first place and threw me of course. Don't be that guy, be like I was, ha.

I am learning a ton through reading posts, what a great community we have on here. I learned a very important lesson early on with the importance of properly quarantining a new fish. Anyone who has had Ich in their DT understands this lesson very well.
