I'm trying to find the cause of my GHA. I've tried using RowaPhos and other phosphate removal. My water supply shows almost none before going in for top ups.

I get some algae on my glass as well, not much but some. I'm thinking maybe Nitrates? I test and get very low level. But my algae might be using t.

I have a 120L system and do a 10L water change weekly (every Friday).

What can I do to strip Nitrates? Should I do 20L changes? or 2 changes per week? or would that be too much?

Any other methods?

Yes, as mentioned in OP: "I test and get very low level. But my algae might be using t."
