No option to update RF in Apex Fusion for my WXM.

Currently have a new Apex, using my old WXM (black with orange/white sticker says Vortech pump control).

Here is my current view:

No options for radions and no option to update RF. I followed the old school instructions (that's another issue, documents not always up to date with Neptune stuff). I used my old display attached to my new Apex and followed the neptune document to upgrade WXM firmware by going to module setup and update module. Once that was done, I went to module setup, configure module, wxm, then update WXM RF and it said ok.

Since there isn't an ability to add Radions via fusion (first red flag) I did it via the display and was able to add. The only issue is I have G4 Pro's and it's not seeing the new white/violet channels. I thought upgrading the RF was supposed to fix this but it apparently didn't.

The fact that my Apex fusion doesn't have ANYTHING in regards to Radions has me wondering what's wrong. I assume my module is the issue here.

A frustrating experience to say the least.

You are able to do all those Radion controls from the screen shot you posted for the Apex and Apex EL in Fusion.

The Operation selection are for setting up Radion lights.

• Attach is how to connect the lights
• Update is the RF module (Which is most current 1.15)
• Reset will reset ALL Radions from the WXM module.

Have you power cycled the WXM module?
In Apex Local (not Fusion) do you see all 8 Channels?

I put the lights back on the reeflink for now, will test tomorrow! Thanks for reaching out!

Quick question: Will hitting the reset check box and saving also wipe my Vortechs?

No. Usually when I’ve tried pairing my radions with the wxm, I have to do reset then attach and they show up. Never works with just attach.
